PLA
PLA is one of the most commonly used materials for 3D printing. It is a biodegradable thermoplastic polymer derived from renewable sources. Printed PLA products are robust with minimal deformation and smooth surfaces. With a wide range of colours, it allows the creation of aesthetically appealing products. Despite its advantages, PLA is not as resistant to high temperatures and mechanical stresses as some other materials. It is excellent for creating visual prototypes, decorative products and architectural models, and for printing that emphasises appearance.
